1. Our Intellectual Property

Every digital product available on Takshil Architect is protected by Indian and International Copyright Laws. This includes:

• 2D Floor Plans and Layouts (PDF & AutoCAD files)
• 3D Front Elevation Images and Renders
• Structural, Electrical, and Plumbing Drawings
• Website Content, Graphics, and Logos

2. Personal Use License (Allowed)

When you purchase a plan from us, you are buying a Single-Use License. This means you CAN:

• Use the plan to build ONE (1) personal house.
• Share the files with your local builder, contractor, or engineer for construction purposes.
• Modify the AutoCAD file for your own personal home requirements.

3. Strictly Prohibited Actions

Under no circumstances are you permitted to do the following without explicit written permission:

• Resell or Redistribute: Selling our plans, PDFs, or DWG files on other websites, WhatsApp groups, or offline.
• Multiple Constructions: Building multiple houses or a colony/layout using a single purchased plan.
• Claiming Ownership: Posting our 3D images or floor plans on your social media/website and claiming them as your own work.

4. Copyright Infringement & Legal Action

We actively monitor the internet for stolen content. If anyone is found using our designs illegally, Takshil Architect will issue a DMCA Takedown Notice to their web host/social media platform and initiate severe legal action under the Copyright Act.
